Shin is an operations strategist, facilitator, and trainer with deep roots in community organizing and anti-oppression. With nearly twenty years of campaigning experience in HIV/AIDS and public health,refugee and immigrant rights, and LGBTQ inclusion, Shin also specializes in working with nonprofits to create and sustain justice-centered operational and internal practices.
Shin currently works with the Engine Room and serves on the Mobilisation Lab Collective Board.
