Neha Saigal

Neha is a Director-Gender and Climate Change with Asar Social Impact Advisors based in Bangalore India.  She is also a designer and facilitator with MobLab in the Swedish Institute LeaderLab programme with a focus on civil society leaders across South Asia, MENA region and Eastern Europe. She has over 15 years of experience of  working with system level change across social issues like livelihoods, gender, health with a focus on women and children and led programmes supported by BMGF, CIFF, USAID, SEDF. Neha has facilitated and mentored youth led collectives across different geographies in India with a focus on building leadership for communities that experience layers of marginalisation. She started her career with Greenpeace in New Zealand and then Greenpeace India where she was focused on strategy, advocacy and campaigning. Neha has completed the leadership and community organising course facilitated by Dr Marshall Ganz at the Harvard Kennedy School and is currently pursuing a Masters from the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona on Degrowth.
