Fotis is a campaign strategist, trainer, facilitator and coach with over 15 years of experience using participatory approaches to design and lead strategies for social and organisational change. Driven by anti-oppression principles, Fotis has led campaigns and teams to mobilise people power and win significant victories in areas such as migration, anti-discrimination, gender-equality and freedom of expression, most recently as Campaigns Director for Europe at Amnesty International.

Fotis led MobLab’s Learning Experiences programme and the organisation’s pivot to virtual training and workshops in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, working with and supporting our team of facilitators. Recent organisations he has worked with include ActionAid, Amnesty International, Data4Change, Europe Beyond Coal, Refugee Hub, Techsoup Europe, Terre des hommes and World Animal Protection. He has designed and run training and workshops for campaigners and activists from around the world. Fotis is based in Madrid, Spain and works in English, Spanish and Greek.

Fotis serves on the Mobilisation Lab Collective Board.
