Tshepo Peele has spent most of his professional life in the NGO sector working for Greenpeace as a campaigner, trainer and facilitator in a career spanning eight years before moving to 350.org as a campaigner and organiser. Tshepo was nominated in 2012 as one of the top 200 young South Africans by The Mail and Guardian, a leading newspaper in South Africa, for his work on the environment. Tshepo is a founder of Soweto Green, an organisation that seeks to educate youth on the importance of the environment and sustainable solutions.
