Jadira Queiroz is a freelance consultant on communications, campaigns, and mobilization strategy planning based in the Midwest region of Brazil. She has become an experienced facilitator of participatory methodologies for human rights campaigns and believes in agile methods for stronger projects. Her main interest areas are gender justice and human rights. She has been part of the feminist and LGBTIQ+ movements since the early 2000s. Her working background is mainly related to non-governmental and non-profit organizations both Brazilian and international such as Oxfam and Amnesty International. As the Activism and Mobilization Coordinator with AI Brazil, she was awarded for the best global initiative of community building using gamification techniques in 2020. She has also collaborated with AllOut, Avaaz and Greenpeace. Jandira is a dreams organizer and defines herself as a queer activist for a better world to live and love.
